COMPARING STANDARD + PREMIUM CONDOS
The size of the Standard and Premium units are the same. The main differences are the Premium units have had a certain amount of remodeling and updates done to them, and are better equipped. The Standard condos are very comfortable, but have had less updating. For more info about an individual unit, please call (or email) our office and we would be happy to answer any of your questions.
OTHER INFO
If you see an opening during the Christmas Holiday that is under 5 nights, give us a call and we will fit you into that slot. This is a busy time of year, so we try to make every night count.
Cancelations: To refund a credit card there is a 10% fee. Up to 30 days you can make changes and cancel. If you cancel inside of 30 days, you are liable for 50% of your reservation.
THE OFFICE IS CLOSED ON CHRISTMAS DAY. PLEASE DON'T BOOK ARRIVALS OR DEPARTURES ON THIS DAY.

SUMMER SPECIAL
Stay 7 nights, pay for 5 (2 free nights)!
If you stay more than 7 nights, your rate will be prorated off of the “Stay 7 pay for 5” rate.
In addition to the rate there is a one time $30 linen fee and 14% tax that gets added to each reservation.
We take a 50% deposit when you make the reservation; the balance is due upon arrival.
